Full release is expected to be by the end of the year,as stated by the devs.

yes we all would like to know the answer to that question,but mostly every person here is waiting to know when the closed beta is. it is alot  closer then the open game and every one can play in the open beta,but the only bad part in it is that they say once the open game is live all of everyone's work is lost and restarted.
