I know that zigzagging and painting help to avoid damage from aa guns.

• I would like to know if there are any other tricks.

Try to not be the first blue plane in the sector - if you are, you tend to get ALL the love.

Don't be the only blue plane in sector either...or shoot them out ASAP if you're in a GAA.

There used to be a blog that explained how the game worked, including AA at various tiers and altitudes, but the blog was deleted.  See history project.

Fly higher - if you have a plane that can fly very high. But usually nobody is there and bombs miss a lot more. Airbases have only low altitude AA.

Fly lower - if there is only high altitude AA. Factory bases have no low altitude AA, only high altitude.

Don't fly without allies.

Destroy AA.

Choose a plane with more HP.

just want to add "dont fly in a straight line"

If you fly REALLY high you can actually get out of the range of high altitude AA in some cases...expect no accuracy if you're a bomber though.

AA has player priority. Rarely will AA shoot at a bot while there is a player in the sector.

 

as people state. if u a Boomber/GAA player. first. go into the settings, set alternate interface(alt key) from press to toggle. then at the start of every plane life or whenever u feel like press alt. this way U CAN SEE WHAT R HIGH ALT AND LOW ALT AA VIA ICON. WOW. so hard. then take out whatever offends your plane.

 

heck. sometime AA won't shoot at bots at all. see the MR bot that solo caps a owned sector. the game legit forgets to target bots with AA or ADA. u can stop this(maybe)by flying over to the cap then the sector will active(sometimes). but most likely the J7 bots goes into murder mode and insta blaps the ADA and u.
