Something desperately needs to be done about the XF15C, it can ruin Tiers 7, 8, and 9.

WOW.

Vaporizes fighters. Buzz saws Heavies and GAAs. Rips through Bombers. NICE speed, acceptable turning.

How to explain what's wrong with the XF15C, hmm. Well, let's start with what ISN'T wrong with the XF15C:

What isn't wrong with the XF15C:

  • It's somewhat fragile
  • its energy retention _________

Yes, that's it.

EVERYTHING ELSE is wrong with the XF15C, namely:

  • Against fighters, your only chance is to delete them in a head-on, which you're more than capable of forcing, and their only chance is to dodgeand if they do, you're still not toast. But that's super easy, barely an inconvenience, since your guns don't fire shells, but homing missiles with ABSURD autoaim, ensuring you almost NEVER miss.

  • Against multiroles, it's a little bit more dangerous, because some multiroles have rockets, and multiroles tend to have more firepower than fighters, but usually you still can get away with deleting them in a head-on.

  • Against other heavies, your speed is more than adequate, and you outturn basically all of them. So Tier VII, VII, and IX Heavies that aren't another XF15C are toast, they have no chance at all whatsoever.

  • Against GAAs, well, homing/radar-guided XF15C guns and decent turning ability for a fighter dispatches them insanely quickly.

  • Against Bombers, ditto.

This plane has MICROSCOPIC weaknesses. A good player with it will wreck every other Tiers VII, VII, and IX  plane EASILY.

A nerf is wanted, a nerf is needed, an nerf is imperative.

Discuss.

I LOLd out loud.

But the XF-15 is a pretty good plane.  IF you fly it right.

i never fly those tiers, because i am so terrified of the xf-15

it could def. be neutered and it will still be a sky terror.

even players with a 50 percentile range win rate are unbeatable in it. :playing:

I recommend undoing the Pancake nerf, there-by giving the Xf-15 more to worry about.:great:

Agreed. The Pancake restored to its former glory would be glorious in categories.

If we are gonna prenerf the Pancake ... can we also prenerf the Albatross?
If you cant balance the XF-15C with a slow super turny heavy then you should be able to balance both of them from across the map with those ultra high altitude sniper cannons.

Fair warning. My success rate at speculative guesswork is on par with my WinRate. Hit or Miss.
I start on the right track and then sometimes make a weird left turn and get lost in the weeds ...

I don't want to prenerf the Pancake. I want to rebuff it.
