You came close...use the image button, paste the url, remove the s from https, and add .jpg or .png at the end...

It's not like there aren't at least three tutorials posted.
Because the forum population is tiny, the server space dedicated to the forum is also tiny.
When you understand the limitations, the workaround is trivial.
Would it be great to be able to copy paste pics? Yes. Be we can't.

You would think that WG as a company would pool resources and use the same web design/servers for all it's forums instead of having 1 oddball web space. It is what it is I guess.
