Did I miss a tier requirement?  75000PP is possible in three low-tier battles.

Since when? As previously stated... that's like 3-5 games

 

Even if you only earn 5k a match... it's only 15 games

I think it's a misprint where it says it starts on the 29th.  It actually seems to start on the 17th.
