What is about the average turnaround time between submitting a ticket and getting a resolution?

I didn't receive all my rewards from completing a mission. I submitted a ticket (with screenshot), got a fairly quick response to "Hold on" but no resolution after 5 days?

The ticket has to be quarantined for 3 days then tested.

Then another 5 days of quarantine 

Then it can be tossed in with the other tickets that tested negative. 

Then they can work on it.

They often don't tell you when they have resolved your ticket or need more info.  After five days I suspect it's resolved (for them) or they are looking for more info without letting you know.

and when the close your ticket without reason

open it back up and start asking the same questions

doing this back and forth with "support" is about as much fun as the game itself

it's the principle of the matter

right or wrong be damned

It will be resolved in the Fall of 2019 when we were promised the expanded USA bomber line.

Thanks ... I appreciate the serious, and not so serious, responses.
I thought it would be pretty straightforward -- I won a crate for completing a mission, but only received one prize, when crates are supposed to award at least two prizes. No big deal really, just figured I'd ask for what I rightly won.

Guess, I'll "be patient" for a few more days at least.
