If past is prologue,  then "not".

Every change they have made to gameplay has reduced the player population,  and dividing the Ships and Tanks economy out has reduced the playerbase even further.

The fixes they do make are to the things we'd rather not see fixed right away.

I was hoping the new crew would be actively working on the bugs, but it seems that only the really easy fixes got done.

I am pessimistic that any real positive changes are accomplished in the near term.

80/20 rule, I guess.  There is so little, to be made on this game, they probably are only worried with keeping the lights on and providing enough content that they deem will keep people playing.  BIG games are w/ 3 people per side.  So, what does that say about their need to placate the community?

All principles of MM are described in this article. For example, bots level is the same for given Tiers: "Depending on the battle tier, their skill level will vary: for Tiers I-III, all of them will be beginners, for Tiers IV-V — warriors, and for Tiers VI-X — veterans." They all have priorities depending on the situation in the battle at the particular moment ((un)captured sectors, players' commands and so on) so their performance in the battle depends on the tide of this battle. As I said earlier, there are no plans to change the core principles of MM system in the foreseeable future.

Regarding measures against violators, reports procedures remain the same for any case. Any violations of game rules are dealt with by the responsible Customer Care Team and they do need enough reports to investigate the issue. Screenshots and replays will be very welcomed. I would also appreciate pinging me in future. Feel free to contact me directly. Please also mind the forum rules, 2.1 Naming and Shaming in particular.

If you face daily reset problems it is probably worth clearing the cached data.

You can use Launch the game and clear its cached data option in WGC, delete it manually

(1. Press Win+R.
2. Type "%TEMP%". Press OK.
3. Open the folder "wargaming.net", then - "wowp".
4. Delete the folder "cache".)

or use the file from this article.

I would also recommend to avoid playing around the server restart time as Tokens counter resets during the daily maintenance.

If you often encounter loading screen/disconnections it is worth checking your CPU usage, internet connection quality, drivers and so on. Unfortunately, I am not a technical specialist and cannot help here. I can only recommend checking out this article and/or contacting Customer Support.

Here's a minor but persistent error:

They are not "Partially" completed but totally completed.

Yes I do realize that there are much bigger problems than adding and IF statement to the code to eliminate the word partially when that daily is fully completed but after 1.5 years of this is is disconcerting to always see this. By reporting it maybe a quick code update to fix this for the next game update... please.

Aside from reading as "partially completed" I haven't had issues with mission completion registering. Regardless of what is says as the status I get the rewards and the mission itself is replaced with a fresh one at reset. If I have a manual mission swap available I generally hit it to just get started on whatever's next before the next reset.

And in general, shouting about how somebody sucks and everybody should boycott them while sounding like an overstimulated thirteen year old who just found out who Che Guevara was and thinks their school is oppressing them by not replacing the cafeteria with five star catering service is not the best way to get them to pay attention to you.

This is interesting, given the fact that I reported this particular player for a team kill not two weeks ago. Provided a screenshot and everything. The response was that, even though there is a link you can use to submit a ticket on rules violations, the only way those violations would be investigated is by using the automated reporting in-game and the ticket was summarily closed. I am happy to send you the sceenshot I submitted on the ticket, if you would like to see it.

The "reporting" process, in WarGaming games, is comically horrible.  It is atrocious, in WoT, and that has probably 100x the population of WoWP.  The irony is that WG is keen on logging and monitoring your chat logs and will ban you in a hurry, for using non-swear words or even political terms.  We have chat filters, to screen everything (sadly, it is only for incoming and not outgoing and it doesn't screen words like "moron" or "dolt") and it is an "opt out" option, which should preclude anyone from being able to report swearing if they turn off that feature.  But, if you report someone for doing something actually atrocious in game, you're going to be sorely disappointed.

i'm just guessing here, from your post          you've been banned in chat in both wot and warplanes?

it's your own private business, no need to answer, but...     for using non-swear words and political terms?

I have, a few times.  I'm a passionate person and ultra-competitive.  Ironic thing is that I'm really toned down, these days, but I still get judged more harshly because of past mistakes.  Case in point, I got popped less than a month ago because I used the "c" word for poop and I referred to my bots - the actual AI - as idiots and morons.  WarGaming has a EULA and I agreed to it, upon installation.  So, it is their rule set and I play by it.  That being said, they'll jump on breaking the chat rules more quickly than they will ever do anything about griefers.  I've seen serial drowners, team killers, etc.  There is a player, that I see from time to time, that will, nearly every game, bee-line straight to the water or, in the case of there not being a lake, drive right into the enemy fire and never once fire their gun.  Multitudes of people have reported them, with videos, pics, etc.  I played WoT for 6 years and they've never once been banned.  Say the wrong thing, though, and you lose your chat privileges.  Again, it is all the EULA and I cannot complain about it.  I just have to figure out where the ever shifting goal posts are moving, so that I can stay within the lines.

PS>  Do not use acronyms, either.  That is considered the same thing, especially for those with previous chat bans.  Who knew?

"Clueless" "potato" "muppet" "room-temperature IQ" "numpty" "empty-headed".

"Carp" "crud"  "poop" "fecal"

Gotta be clever.  "Hey, first time flying this plane, huh?"  "You should fly in the training rooms first."  "Connection issues?"

Nothing can be done about the team-killers or rammers or other a-holes.  Well, there is something you can do - when someone runs up the back of me trying to get the kill, I'll hold the trigger down when they get in front of me.  Sort of by accident.  Just long enough to whittle down their HP to about 10% of full health.  Then let the red team get the kill at some later time.  Same goes for the deliberate TKers.  I'll never outright kill them - always leave them with very few HP left, and fly away.

Pretty much.  I find it ridiculous, especially since the tools in-place are only for incoming chat, not all words are included in the filter, and people are able to opt out of the filter but still report you despite not utilizing the tools in place to prevent such things.  But, those are the rules...

DEFINITELY didn't pull that one.  Though, that does pop up, every now and then, on the WoT forums.  No, I used the term of "'opposite of right' + rhymes with literal + 'blue group of similarly voting people')" and that got me hit.  The reasoning that I was given was that the forum is not a place for political conversations, despite me neither talking politics and only utilizing that because I felt that calling someone a "snowflake" would get me punished.  Like I said, they handle things differently, once you get banned at all.  Everything escalates, to the point where I apologized for typing "crap" in game, a few days ago.  The rest of the humans started laughing and asking me why.

See?  You should have just said "libt*rd" and called it good.  :)
