Unique skill Air Acrobat(Aerialist) is as double as original skill Acrobatic Expert and also has accuracy 10% for maneuvering target what Marksman II has. Although I didnt use marksman I and II, Using Air Acrobat with them will perform pinpoint attack against maneuvering target.
Trouble: Unique Skill Tornado mastery has a bug.
hit point increasing 10% dosen't work(I have no idea if gunfire increasing also dose).

Personally, I hate watching him work. It make me realize how much of a spaz I am when trying to play this game.

Regarding the Tornado Mastery skill, could you please share some screenshots of the issue? Hangar stats screenshots with and without Elliot on her Tornado would be really helpfull 
In-game screenshot with Elliot where we can see the Tornado's HP would also help. Thank you in advance.

Thanks to read this post, blindfold. As your request, I added some screenshots for reference.
the first, I equipped 'Lightweight Wing Frame' with maximum option and let Millie Elliot ride on Tornado.
the equipment decreases Hit points by 6.6%p and Millie Elliot's Skill Tornado Mastery increases Hit points by 10%p. applying them at that same time, final Hit points is increased by 3.4%p (10pts. Tornado's basic Hit points are 300). by calculation, Tornado's Hit points have to be 310 pts.
The second is interface in battle after applying them. on the bottom, Hit points gauge indicates 280. 280 pts are made by only using Lightweight Wing frame with maximum option(6.6% are as close as 20 pts for Tornado). the specification expected and the one actual have difference by 30 pts. exactly Tornado Mastery's increasing.
I cannot confirm if gunfire option also has same trouble, but at least hit point trouble is certain.

Amazing. You're unbelievable. So much fun to watch and fly with you on my team! Against me, not so much. I added you to my contacts so I will know when to log off and take a nap! I notice P-40 guy hasn't figured this out yet.

There's no issue with damage of forward-firing offensive armament bonus, only HP bonus is affected.

Kudos to Kaim for finding this! He probably does not need anything on WoWP but maybe WG can give him something for his diligence?
Also can WG ensure that he is always on MY side when MM assembles the teams? Otherwise I know I will lose :-(
