For all that we know about the shortcomings and flaws (I will leave it at that because WG knows what we are hating in WoWP) for the parts that do work well WoWP developers need to know what we do like (I'm not all negative on WoWP, otherwise I wouldn't still be here). To that end I would like to thank Wg for their 3 day missions (Friday through Sunday) every week and especially for having more special missions to be able to grind on like the current 2 unique pilots. Wg needs to know via our feedback how well or not we are overall liking or not what they are providing us in the way of special missions (specific multi-stage objectives to grind) to make their game more enjoyable. So right now I get to grind on missions for 2 unique pilots, and also can complete the 3 day weekend mission objectives. These are great for spicing up from the routine of daily missions and normal playing of WoWP (xp and silver grinding). Well done Wg. I hope that you continue to have one of these every month.

It would be swell if they had the server capacity to handle the crowds that show up.

Indeed WG does seem to have a lot of specials going on...unique pilots, emblems, crates, etc.

Yep, maybe with more players, I did notice that my gameplays freeze & lag more.  Sort of making me refrain of giving too much plane input command while playing.

Agreed these missions are nice and well planned. I was not going to spend much time doing the missions for the special pilots but with the 5x XP and the unique crates thrown in, I spend some time progressing on the few lines I have not completed.

 

This game is not bad, in some ways it is better than WoT. I don't know why it still has a bad reputation with other players of the WG games.

I think we have spent a few too many electron complaining about stuff here.  I will try and do better in the future.  While I will offer criticism if I think its warranted, I should also praise WG for offering events like last weekend.  5x was REALLY nice.

You're welcome. I know I've been a vocal critic of Wg on problems under another account so for me to have the light bulb come on moment and stop (mostly) complaining as all it was doing was getting me forum chat banned which doesn't help and just gives me a headache for beating my head against the wall too many times. I realized that there are many aspects of this game that I really like and Wg needs to get some positive feedback from me. I really do like the 3 day weekend missions (such as the 15 bomber/GA kills for a unique crate) and now the 2 unique pilot missions are fantastic.

 

I just got the Japanese pilot in my first flight this morning: 455 capture points for the Lambert Medal:

She makes the A6M5 even better than ever:

They think 2.0 ruined the game and there was a last cash grab before the game closed or something.

this is a great time to thank WG...      thank you for the 5x and the two gold pilots!

 

frankly, i would have never ever flown the a6m5    ever       

 

at T7, it was a flying chunk of swiss cheese on a BBQ grill     fun to watch it melt down to a puddle      not a serious threat

 

now, it's a contender

Have now flown the A6M5 a half-dozen times. The +10% turning and bullet range is great! I'll never need to move her to any other plane.
