I am a bit surprised at how many players have come out of the woodwork for this event.  I'm sure most of them have no need for the parts you win, and the gold is not that motivating.  It must be the allure of seeing your name at the top of the leaderboards.  I wish it went by average PP or top 10 PP.  I don't think I have the motivation fly as much as it will take for a top spot.

First, you can win the gear.  Then, you can buy it.  For those of us with lives, the buying part is acceptable.  This gear is not much better than regular gear, so if WG thinks that we’ll spend Special Projects money, well.....

then i would be so happy       it just makes sense        look at Nascar       they get all that special equipment for free

It's a lot of fun however you literally have to play 24/7 to get a decent ranking.

The events are fun.  It’s unfortunate that the -pilot who has the most time to grind wins. If you have real life responsibilities you can’t compete

Where are the overall rankings listed?  In game it only shows the top 10 and who is one above and one below yourself.

Echoing this.  I thought it was just me, but where do we go to find out how we did after it is over.  As it is now, once the event is over, everything just disappears.

Ah Ha!  It just showed up after a battle after the event ended.  Not sure why I am still playing tonight.  I guess it's 'cause I am trying to get to the EF 131 prior to the impending nerf.  With my luck, I will get to it post-nerf.

Of course, when the current rating is over, the tab with results appears. It is available till the next rating.
