We have all experienced ramming BOTS and BOTS that score zero points.

This must be a programming flaw by WG or maybe WG has programmed their BOTS to ram us humans out the game.

Beside it all, I have seen battles where heavy fighters score zero points on high tiers. This is more frustrating that split-tiered flights or seal clubbing or ramming Bots.

Here, no-one moans about bad programming to useless retarded BOTS ramming us out the battle.

Re-spawn a human in front of a BOT … Poof, you out the battle for a further 20 secs.

Devs, program the game that we re-spawn low down and above the runway.

Let’s focus on real problems than worry about the little things we can take care of.

Let me not even go to totally unbalanced sides.

if the pilot's good, see, I mean, if he's really..sharp, he can barrel that baby in so low [he spreads his arms like wings and laughs],

you oughtta see it sometime, it's a sight. A big plane like a '52. VRROOM! There's jet exhaust, fryin' chickens in the barnyard.

Even worse when you are flying across the mining plant and the mining plant refreshes and you crash into it.

Unless of course you are being chased and the refresh happens between you and the enemy shooting you.

TIMING IS EVERYTHING.

Sounds like their loss......

Besides their idea of fixing is lost in the translation

For a second I thought it was another bot Ramming thread :sceptic:

From what I've seen, plane respawn altitude depends on the plane type and the tier. That means that, for example, bombers respawn higher than GAAs. If everyone spawned down at the deck, you'd have issues with planes like the B-17s that really do not enjoy having to climb. Doubly so considering they're very deep into their lower yellow altitude, so anything other than slight maneuvering could stall them out :amazed:

The first line sounds more like a spawn camping problem.

The second I totally agree with, maybe Wargaming should make a takeoff animation to provide you with some situational awareness. I'd like to spawn on the Forward Airstrip instead of above it. It's already been done for aircraft carriers in World of Warships, why not here?

THe problem with spawning at the airfield is,I believe mentioned above.

You do not want a bomber to spawn at 100 meters.

Nor a heavy.

Nor a fighter.

Nor a multi role.

Heck would love to see a GA look like its taking off but that would just create more bugs in the program

I am confused.  What is the subject and purpose of this thread?  Is it ramming?  Is it MM imbalances?  Is it split-tiering?  Is it seal clubbing?

I suggest renaming the thread to, 'How many flame war trigger phrases can you cram into one thread?'

Wargaming went with the missing man formation option.

Ramtard bots are not wanted here at all.. I have a hard time with ramtard bots for some reason.. Pretty bad when you have to evade them to keep from being a ramming fatality.. My eye seems to pull towards the center & bam!!. Their goes another one.. I never ram on purpose but my eye pulls my in.. Must retrain the eye to miss the target.. Not easy to retrain an eye.. Dominance of the eye can be retrained.. Rife shooting with a scope or open sights can be an issue.. Your are supposed to shoot with both eyes open & can cause problems.. Once learned you can hit just about anything.. Sniper mode helps considerably too.. Evade then go into sniper mode & waste him from behind.. Don't let those ramtard bots get you.

We can debate all day about whether ramming is honorable or not, but the fact is that the mechanic exits and it isn't going anywhere any time soon. Keep in mind that it takes two to ram, and you are just as obligated to turn away as the opposing bot or the player is. Most of the time I ram/get rammed it is due to over-committing and thinking I can get them with the guns before we touch tips as it were and if we are honest with ourselves we will realize that would be the  conclusion of the Aviation Accident Report.

As for the spawning issues though, I agree that it sux over the airfield. It neuters that value of the zone when you are spawning at low altitude in the cross-hairs of a turn fighter while piloting a heavy fighter. However; flying into a building that re-spawns in the zone is just funny. I laugh at myself even more than I do at others when that happens.

As for bot programming in general... Have you ever played any wargamming products before? the bots seem to be an accurate reflection of the player base in general. There are time i would rather have a bad bot over some of my human fellows. Usually this is when I see a light fighter pretending to be a GA for an entire match... *sigh*  In the end I take the stance that a good game is the one I performed well in and didn't just hand the win to the enemy. The second you saddle your enjoyment to your win rate you are now working opposed to playing a game.
