I noticed while perusing the A-26B upgrades that only the bottom turret is listed with 2 50 cals. The top turret with 2 more 50 cals is completely ignored. So, the logical thing to do was I submitted a ticket.
They sent me an info needed request for screen shots to prove it. What?!?! They ain't got an A-26B?!?! They can't afford one?!?! Things are in even worse shape than I thought.

but it's a premium what upgrades are you talking about?
oh, i get it it's just not listed in the description i can kinda see it in the second pic

The A-26B's turrets only count as one. They do not work independently of each other like other multi-turret bombers (B-32, B-17, SU-10, etc.). You can tell because on the "Upgrade" screen they're not shown individually

I believe you to be wrong. However, even if you are right, it should list 4 50 cal machine guns, not just 2.

Does one turret hand off to the other when shooting at a climbing/diving target?

Only one turret is ever used at a time; the used turret depends on where the enemy is. Because of this, you'll never get all 4 guns to shoot at the same aircraft at once. The Ju 88 P has a similar situation where its upgraded turret shows two MGs, but only one ever shoots at a time.

Yup, that's basically how it works. You can even see the turrets switching between them. WG didn't add multi-turret capabilities until they introduced the German bomber line, and even then the A-26B did not change in its mechanics. I believe the reasoning was that the A-26B has a single gunner, while something like the Do 17z has a gunner for each individual turret
