I am puzzled why it says 'join battles on your favorite attack aircraft' when none of the eligible planes are attack aircraft.

The 27 is a very good plane, IMHO. My turn rate is FAST FAST.

De-arse your bunks! Man the planes! The Fokkers are in sight! BAM ba LAMMM!

So let me get this straight. For D-Day you decide to give missions for Japanese Army planes? And you don't even allow people to play Japanese premium planes for these mission either. I mean they are good missions too. But it's like giving a birthday present to your sister on Fathers day and it's a male beard trimming kit. How on earth did you folks think that these missions would be appropriate for D-Day? And why only Japanese Army planes? What were you people thinking? Seriously.

I find it humorous that they are selling several low-Tier Ki fighter aircraft in a bundle, and at the same time running a weekend "event" involving Ki fighter aircraft which excludes the planes in the bundle.  Lost sales potential right there.  Not to mention lack of proof reading in the in the guidelines.  At least I have some credits saved up so I'll be able to make use of the discount on the Ki-162-I

"on your favorite attack aircraft"

IN, not on!  What, you got a saddle strapped to the outside of the canopy?

The only guy to pull off "on" instead of "in" was Slim Pickins.

(yeah, yeah, I know it's been brought up before.  Today's my turn, ok?)

Whoops!  Been informed (thanks mudguts_) that red is for WG staffers only!

Colour changed.  Background changed.  Mind changed.  Skivvies changed.

So...sorry 'bout that y'all.

I find it somewhat sad and worrisome.   Along with the lost opportunity to tie into the D-Day anniversary.

Because all aircraft in this game are designed for attacking other planes.

There are no recon aircraft

Nor in flight refueling

not even seen an P-3 Orion yet.

True, and yet, the game always refers to GAA planes as simply 'attack planes'.  This is an anomaly.

First of all, both variants (on/in) are correct, feel free to check it. There's also a variant without any preposition.Though when talking about military aircraft, naval terminology is historically more common.

Secondly, mind the rules please.

I am really confused.  I could not find a single 'attack aircraft' listed in the Tech Tree for Japan.  The USSR and Germany have several, the EU and UK have one each, and Japan? Zero (along with the USA).  I must be missing something here.

Its a great chance to reconnect with my beloved Ki-84.

Gives me the excuse to play the Ki-94-II that I've been semi-avoiding (I don't understand why but its just not right in exactly the same way that Ki-84 is absolutely just right).

Not sure if I'll get to Ki-162-I in time to get it on discount/finish off that mission, hopefully I do with a bit of margin.

C'est magnifique, mais ce n'est pas le SerB.

With the Ki-94-II, I feel like I'm always struggling to get in range of enemies. I think it's due to low speed and short gun range.

upgrading: Spit14, MeP.1099B-2

grinding: Ta152, Ki-94-II, Ju88A
