But a truce to this mournful story
For death is a distant friend
So here's to a life of glory
And a laurel to crown each end

And, once again, like air pollution, the skies will be filled with players flying levels they have no business being in just yet.
Seal clubbing controversy seems to be a thing of the past. Could it be that folks have noticed that they're everywhere lately?

8 to 80 blind, crippled or crazy a seal deserves clubbing.
Always remember we were all seals once.

Question to WG and/or blindfold, but maybe some others can answer, as I didn't have the answer when a clan member asked me:
Let's say you already have the Tu-1. You buy this package because you want the 7-skill crew and the paint scheme. You get compensated gold for the plane, get the crew and the paint (at some point - it takes some time for the crew to show up in the barracks) and get the I-16 if you don't have it already, and nothing if you already have the I-16. Do I have that sequence correct?
I want to tell my clan mate the right info, and not have him submit a ticket if he doesn't get all the stuff he was expecting. I always find the rules surround these purchases slightly confusing.
Thank you in advance.

Which one is trash.
I know you're not talking about the I-16-29 and its ability to dominate the battlefield.
Between ACE, Rockets and other medals. It is a pretty good plane.
Well worth a night of starving without McDonald's Double Cheeseburger.

Now that you point that out, I got no idea. I always thought the paint and stuff came anyway because you didn't already have it. But now, I really don't know.
Hope that clears things up (I just say that because it beats saying I don't know all the time)

the Ho is certainly not op when i fly it, even after more than a dozen double-down training room sessions and much loud swearing
a negative attitude about a particular plane is powerful witchcraft

If you already have the Tu-1, you won't receive crew and paint scheme. They are bonus items. Still, you'll receive gold compensation for the I-16 (1,450 for the plane and 300 for the Hangar slot).

That's a little perverse. I mean, I kind of get it. I can see it now - someone wants the crew, so they sell the plane they already have (after stripping all the good stuff off it), so they then buy the plane again, don't get gold, but get 7-skill crew plus paint, reload their gear onto the plane and then go fly it a bunch to respecialize.
I don't get the thinking on WGs end, but there you have it.

This has bothered me for a while. I want the IL-10M's chrome camo. I would be willing to buy the plane and camo bundle when it shows up for sale if I received gold compensation for the plane itself. But to sell the IL-10M in my hangar for some silver is pushing it too far.
Not to mention the token cost to demount the ultimate equipment mounted on it.
Will the new plane retain Specialization? I don't know, I have never sold a Spec'd plane.
I guess I will never have the camo I want for that plane. It's disappointing.

Don't worry. It's coming. I would say around August a class 4 will hit hard.
Straight up the la
Not as bad as a few years ago but it will still be a hard hit.
