Windows 7 support ended on January 14, 2020
Microsoft made a commitment to provide 10 years of product support for Windows 7 when it was released on October 22, 2009. You might try rebooting your 'puter. Then, before you do anything else. download CCleaner (free) and run it. Be sure to do a registry scrub. I have used this for years with excellent results. Good luck!

Same here, Cap. Running Win 7 Pro on gaming rig, always clean daily at day's end, incl. reg. and also nary a problem. Give CCleaner a try, destefanis.

Seems like you either have no rights to extract on that location (G:\) or you ran out of disk space on that location (G:\)
First of all check if you have sufficient free space on that drive, then try to run the setup executable as administrator.
