It appears that support and blindfold are on very different pages in the How-To-Stop-Exploits manual.

I did send in a report with screenshot.  Customer Service told me not to waste their time.

Dear crzyhawk.

Thank you for contacting Wargaming Player Support.

I see that you have a report regarding a possible bot activity in the game. Rest assured that I will do my best to assist you on this.

Regarding your concern, we have our Anti-Abuse system placed in the game which automatically detects these kinds of scenarios. Should the system detect that a player is using a bot, it will automatically place the necessary sanctions/punishment.

Thank you for your time to create a report, but there is no need to file a complaint in the future because of the work of the previously mentioned system.

If you have any other questions feel free to come back to us.
Best regards.

As I've explained in the similar situation with a teamkiller, our policies require a few reports to take actions against a violator. I'd like to thank every pilot who bothered to submit a ticket and report the issue here on forum. However, we cannot disclose the exact measures we took due to the protection of data privacy. We hope for your understanding. However, we assure you that violations of the Game Rules are met with appropriate sanctions.

Our boy's still at it.  Will submit another ticket, regardless of them telling me not to.

Saw one of his bots in battle tonight (Kcehcrah... something). A 1000 PP nothing contribution, but it actually won the battle for us. It was the last alive on the edge of the map and we had about a 100 point lead, so the bot carried us to 800. I reported it as Idle/Bot, we should have lost that battle (or had the same number of players as the other team, or something).

I just had another game with a single one of his bots.

Interesting thread and an interesting (if baffling) exploit.

Hypothetically he would have to grind tech tree's on these bot accounts to get them into tiers where the economy makes more sense and the game's own bots aren't already just dumb flying targets.

Therefore, whoever is doing this must have a really high boredom threshold.

Hypothetically then it's possible to meet him in battle while he is actually piloting a bot account grinding the tiers!

As an aside. I have been thinking of creating an account to work as a "camera" so that I can get a better view of my evasive maneuvering, attack approaches etc but I simply can't be bothered to grind such an account up to a tier where it would make sense (aircraft performance etc) or how you would do this without at least one other gaming PC to run the "camera" account on.

(to explain the above. replays only serve this purpose to a degree. Getting a view of how somebody else's gunsights see you in a head on approach if you are jinking to avoid being shot before tucking in behind might be useful to fine tune how I maneuver in that phase of an engagement. - I figured having another account + training room + set up the scenario's then view the replay from the camera account perspective.)

Oh well, if you have the time and patience to grind 9 accounts to tier 4.....

He's up to T5 now using F4F's.  He's got quite a variety of planes leveled up on the 1k cp/game.

Interesting exploit ? NO

Good thread on how to expose ? Yes.

How many people remember all the complaints about the 12 Lexington Museum accounts

Wargaming created, couple years back.

I don't remember the Lexington accounts being thought of as exploits.  They were never-flown-before pilots with every plane available to them in an aircraft museum, I thought. The complaints were about people with zero battles trying to fly a tier 10.

It was a lot longer than a couple years, also, as I recall.  Anyway, they weren't exploits. They were pains in the a&%.

Heh heh, not usually. Most of the time they spiralled into the ground.

Lexington Museum had his own physical issues (I think his eyes sight was degrading) to deal with, like so many of us, and played the game because it was fun. There are numerous instances of players who are challenged in some way- like the autistic young lad whose father set up an account and let him play because, as he explained to me, it was some of the rarest joy he had ever seen his son experience while flying. Be careful denigrating players- the reasons may often not be clear to you. That's no reason to call them out.

As for Support- I suspect the first boiler plate reply was, ironically, from a robot. Yes, that's right a bot. It's a good thing to have enforcers, enforcing themselves with no accountability to the public they serve.- not.

I don't think I was denigrating anyone personally.  There was a set up at a museum for visitors to the museum to play WoWP. They were new, terrible pilots, and games were won or lost due to pilots who did not know how to keep a pixel plane in the air.  I know this is fact because I contacted the museum and asked if I could attach my keyboard to it and use it instead of their JS.  The museum said I had to use the JS.

Apparently "appropriate measures" have NOT been taken.  Player support is looking for video of "our friend" gaming the system.  I don't have one.  Anyone able to send a video of the incidents to support?  blindfold, over to you.

Thank you for contacting Player Support.
First and foremost we do apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this matter may have caused.
When this sort of things happen, we need to have clear evidence that the players were doing it on purpose.
Do you happen to have the replay showing this player's behavior?
Looking forward to your answer.
