Well in the " Current missions " heading, it clearly states " Paint Schemes " will be awarded for completing the 10K pp mission.
They have no problem distinguishing the difference of Paint Schemes or Emblems, when they sell them to us.for gold
So to be clear here: if they offer a " Paint Schemes "in a " awarded mission ", then it really just anEmblem that they are giving us..
Sounds like a sales pitch that you might have heard, it called " Bait & Switch.
Emblems that you can get through missions are always labeled as "paint scheme" in the mission description in the game client. That is why it is specifically mentioned in the dedicated article on the official portal that it is an emblem as well as which one it is. With an image attached. Please check the official portal anytime you are not sure about any mission reward.

So, when are they going to fix the in-game description to "emblem" for missions that reward an emblem? They can keep it as "paint scheme" when the reward is a paint scheme.

This reminds me of the issue I had with the Goblin Cammo- which did not provide any cammoflage, and was better described as a paint scheme. It also is very interesting in terms of the dissemination of information, which is all over the place, Launcher, Portals, Forums, Support, Discord, Wiki, Steam, Twitch, etc, and there is absolutely NO consistency in the veracity of the information that is conveyed to the public/customers. We are often led on a fishing expedition to find a fish, and once we think we found it, we are "instructed" that our collective knowledge and understanding is mistaken, what we have learned over the years and come to understand as "truth" is false- our collective vision is blinded, for what is in front of us is not a fish, but a rock.
And if we ask for clarification so that there is a better collective understanding, we are smacked in the face with rock bass and given a warning, as it appears as an affront to the absolute authority of the singular voice who seems to have the one and only interpretation of reality to the masses.
Avoid eye contact with person behind the curtain:
btw: Not to take away anything from Cobra but, I would like to know how this thread is about "gameplay" and not "off-topic" and about consumer items and such, which would require moving it to the appropriate subfolder? In other words, I don't want to be "told" what is right, I want an explanation- which is not an unusual request but quite understandable and reasonable.
