Just had a battle on Tier VII.  1 VS 1.  A guy in a Typhoon that I don't remember seeing before (the guy).

Anyway he lost so biggly and did so poorly that I checked his stats.  Less than 250 battles, 15 sorties in the Typhoon with less than 3 minutes per sortie.  5 battles in it.  Around 11 kills in all those battles.

We agonize and parse over the definition of seal clubbing and all that jazz.  I refuse to do that anymore but I wonder what in the world would actually help this guy.  Yes, flights, clans, checking forum, experience, etc.  But, in the end, you can't save them from themselves.

With so few battles he'll have been running the 0.303s & probably stock engine.
C'est magnifique, mais ce n'est pas le SerB.

Yep. I'm seeing more toxic tankers in matches too.
Guy on the other team rams me at the end of a match, so I quip, "You must be listening to Rammstein!"
The reply: "FU"
Really?
I told him to go back to tanks where he fits in.

When feeling charitable I explain to people not to rush up tiers, Not to buy a high tier premium and expect to win etc. etc., rarely feeling charitable these days. But I have made a few friends.  :B

if the pilot's good, see, I mean, if he's really..sharp, he can barrel that baby in so low [he spreads his arms like wings and laughs],

you oughtta see it sometime, it's a sight. A big plane like a '52. VRROOM! There's jet exhaust, fryin' chickens in the barnyard.

The potato weekend has turned into a potato month.  Just had a dude in a P-80 get a whopping 150 personal points in a battle.  Yes, 150 personal points, before the 1000 bonus for sticking around for the whole battle.  I kinda wished he bailed because wow, how could anyone be that pathetic.

Gonna go watch a movie.  This sucks.

I can't argue with that.  I had a very long string of 1st in defeat with my tater team mates tatering away as hard as they can.   Gets frustrating.

That's a big oof, there. :(

Fair warning. My success rate at speculative guesswork is much like my WinRate. Hit or Miss.
Usually I start on the right track and then a make a weird left turn and get lost in the weeds ...
And yet it doesn't stop me from speculation.

I consider myself an "average" player. With a non specialized plane, I should be able to at least place above the Bots in anything I fly. With a premium I should be able to at least get close to 10k personal points and 175k minimum credits. I crash into mountains and buildings and sometimes just the good ol ground at least once every 3-4 games due to lack of situational (altitude) awareness or, at the moment, grinding the xp-72 (the t8 from the thunderbolt line pulls up like a brick.) If

VeeBat's and Postal's videos really helped me figure out what I was doing wrong with some of the planes. I was doing too much turn fighting in the 109/209 line instead of yo-yo ing. and not enough long smooth lines in the heavies like the 262. Cap Undies still bombs my team into oblivion when I see his bomber way up there, but I still have fun. I really don't get why people get salty over a bad game. It's irritating when you get potato bots that can't take or hold ANY points and the other teams bots points double yours, but that happens to everyone.

Absolutely. And depending on the plane i'll come up to your normal lofty heights and shoot you there if I can. But I'm going through the trees and leveling all the fighters I avoided when I started. I'll never come up to get you in a yak line or 47 line etc.

Cap, they are always coming.  Regardless of the game, these people are always present and for much the same reasons.  The reason this might be remarkable is that these are pretty much generated by new players and since planes has had trouble attracting those, you probably haven't seen all many of them around.  If you are starting to run into players like this, that means there are new players out there which is actually a good thing.

That's especially true for me coz they will probably have to start out flying BIPLANES!!!  YAY BIPLANES!!!!  :kamikaze:

"Don't mess with me because I can squish you like a bug, that is If I should decide to notice your existence in the first place".

Yes, it's haughty and its arrogant but you're a battleship with 16 inch guns and Britannia Rules the Waves.  Maybe a bit of arrogance in this case is appropriate.

Well I ain't gonna call them seals anymore.  Seal clubbing has such a negative connotation.  From now on they is Tater Tots!  And I is bakin' Tater Tots!
