Does anyone went into same problem like me?

Sometimes when I open a weekly crate my game freeze at a scene that it looks at sky waiting for crate to drop. And it never happen. My game just freeze, Esc not works, right clicks, enter, space bar, nothing. Ihave to restart my game to continue play.

Please fix it. I do still get the award though, but this bug takes joyness and excitement away. It's very disturbing.

BTW, I'm a asian server player. I'm because I don't think there is a forum for asian server.

It happens when part of the prize is Premium time.

Apparently you can log a ticket to find out what the rest was.

But it only seems to happen when you get premium time and you didn't already have any. If you already have some premium it does not (in my experience) lock-up.

Both given answers are correct. Your screen freezes if you receive Premium Days from the crate and do not have active Premium Time at that particular moment. Your Hangar changes to the Premium Hangar and freezes the game. So, you've received some Premium Days. If you are interested in other contents of that crate you can contact the Customer Care.

Yep same happens to me ALL THE TIME. So i stopped opening those weekly crates, got like 15 saved up so far. Wish could open them, but the client freezes after each crate and all layers in hangar disappear, just the background and the plane remain. And cant do anything, no menu available. Have to close the game client and restart it. So dont open them anymore. Shame, as it might contain some cool prizes.

If you read the above then you should know what's happening.

Just open them when you are about to logout for the night.

Yes, i read above that it happens ONLY when you receive premium days when you got none. 

Well, i just opened another box, i had 20 days of premium account, and chose the green box not the unique brown box. 

And guess what.... MY CLIENT FROZE again, everything disappeared, and was forced to restart the client. No clue what was in the box, what is the point of opening it... 

When restarted the client, still same 20 premium days - so didnt receive any prem days but the client still froze. 

So, i think it is not just when it is the premium days blah blah, seems the problem runs deeper. 

Open one Supply Crate, game freezes whether u got prem or not, close client, wait until it restarts, open next Supply Crate, feeze, close, restart the client... repeat 15 times? LOL

Now, do you think i will open another chest any time soon? 

usually here is when would say "f**k this sh*t" and log off

Is there any valid reason why this game is as bugged as it is?  Between crates freezing the game and neutral nodes not showing up, on top of this game being 90% AI driven bots, it is a wonder that any of us bother to play.  WoT has new-player issues, because the lower tiers are just poorly balanced (as is the bulk of the game).  But, having a product just not work, no matter your experience, is pretty piss poor.
