I tried getting my chest for completing the 5th stage for the Viper and alli saw was blue sky. No chest.  This is the second time ive been cheated out of a chest.  the first time i said nothing, but when you buy some gold and a plane package etc.  You would expect the game to work properly

 

Please get me my (2) chest...

it was some premium time and a couple of other crappy things...

I know, it's a bug...

associated with receiving premium time when you had none

this is the third time its happened to me too,its annoying you have to close the game

Make a ticket and document everything is how I get some of my lost things due to the bugs.

Nothing is lost, everything is charged to your account. This issue appears only when you receive premium days from you crate having no premium time on your account before. Airfield changes to the premium one and that causes this problem. If you are interested in the content of your crate please submit a ticket, the team will be happy to help you and provide the list of the goods you obtained.

It should show you a list of all thing, including previous battles &  loot that was awarded you.

If it's not showed, then their is a good chance  ....you weren't awarded it.

If your logging into the game, it will  " auto loot "  those crates and the only way your going to see what you were awarded, is by checking that notification box.

This happened to me yesterday.  Game locked up.  Had to control alt delete to get out.  Tried to re-start game.  Failed.  Can't get in game today.

 

I was starting to like WoWP again but this is a pain in the butt.

I have non-premium accounts on NA, CIS and ASIA and I have received premium time there without this bug ...

I shouldn't have said that ... just got the Blue Sky Of Death. Game dies when chest is about to land ...

 

But is it true that you actually did get the contents ??

Or do you have to create a ticket anyway ?

Oh right, the crash is a confirmation that you got premium time ...

Just got this "blue screen" when receiving the crate. I waited but had to ctrl,alt,del to get out of screen. Opened game but didn't see anything added - earlier in the week there was a glitch where after I played, the gold and experience tabs were flashing so I closed the game and when I reopened the game the next day it showed that I did not play the previous day. Instead of notifying you I just used 2 tokens for that day. Twice in 1 week - what gives?

This happens when you get premium time in the crate. If you are not running a premium account then you will see that you received some premium days. You also got 2 other items but it is harder to figure out what they were.
