I can imagine. I was just in time to have them revive that coupon.
As you say when the web experiment started, the coupon suddenly disappeared. We were ensured that they would be back in time. But when the experiment ended and prices went back to normal, my coupon was still gone. Filed a ticket and support said ; bad luck, your coupon expired !! But we were promised that they would automatically be prolonged til Dec. 31 !! Eventually I directly contacted blindfold and she had the coupon come back just in time.
