I picked the I-16, but only because it is the only one I kept.  I liked the Skua OK, but it was just a skip up to the Hurricane.

F3F is the best for me.  Out turns about everything. Guns are OK, can get a little alt. Can take all day to kill something with armor but it is a tricky lil thang.  Just have to avoid getting hit.

Ha!!!  Behold the P-35 and TREMBLE!!!

Ok, remember this is the P-35 several months ago in the hands of a Biplane Noob Girl.  Just imagine what someone who actually knew what they were doing could accomplish!!!

Yes, it's haughty and its arrogant but you're a battleship with 16 inch guns and Britannia Rules the Waves.  Maybe a bit of arrogance in this case is appropriate.

???

Now why would you say that Booze?

Sure, biplanes are my thing and I fly them LOTS, however they can take you only so far due to WG's pervasive conspiracy which keeps them out of any tier past about IV.

BIPLANES BIPLANES WE WANT BIPLANES!!  :izmena:

So, determined aviator that I am working to be, I will bite the bullet and allow myself to be drug, kicking and screaming of course, into the occasional monoplane, where, as Corvus has pointed out, I could stand a lot of improvement.

But yes, sad as it might be, that is indeed me in the cockpit of that P-35.  Oh the SHAME of it all.  :(

I know, i sent her a private message to ask if she would do more polls for tier 3,4, and 5. She said she would look into it when she got to those tiers of play. However, I am already at those tiers so I figured I would make those posts instead.

Oh, I get it.

Hey everyone, the more we are talking about planes and how cool they are, the better off we are going to be!!!  Doesn't matter who starts the conversation, it's just great to have people who care enough about the game to post stuffs that is neat about the game rather than the typical (though very necessary) posts about all the various bugs, incoveniences and woes that are also associated with it.

So, post away people, don't worries about me, I will undauntedly offer my opinion on pretty much everything regardless. :great:

BIPLANES AWAY!!!  :izmena:

I'm going to skip the middle man/woman

Please don't post 5 whimsical post in one day,

I personally find it rude

if the pilot's good, see, I mean, if he's really..sharp, he can barrel that baby in so low [he spreads his arms like wings and laughs],

you oughtta see it sometime, it's a sight. A big plane like a '52. VRROOM! There's jet exhaust, fryin' chickens in the barnyard.

I was accused of hacking by a player in a specialized p-35 when he met my specialized I-15 bis dm.  Hey, bro. It's not my fault that my plane is just as fast as yours but turns 360 two seconds faster.

Besides, someone has to keep these tier 1-3 win rate farmers in check by offering up more challenge than novice skill bots.

I voted Skua because its the mighty Skua and I'm the Skua guy :playing:

Its not actually though.

Probably I-16e.

So you are probably the person to ask this. So I notice that the I-16e has a 190 degrees per second roll rate. But only does a 360 degree turn at 9.6 degrees a second. If I am going against a plane (Di-6i) that rolls only at 95 degrees a second but turns faster at 8.6 degrees a second turning how do I use my roll rate over his to my advantage? Do I simply try to roll more before my turn to throw him off? Will doing a roll first before the turn help me in any way other than delaying the inevitable outcome that he will simply out turn me anyway? As a non pilot that does not understand truly how a thatch weave will help me or what planes i need to do that maneuver in, how do I use these plane stats to my advantage? What am I looking for when looking at these plane states? Just the turn rate for a turn and burn plane? Or just the climb and boost rate for a boom and zoom? I am having a hard time trying to figure out what a plane is best at, or how to use it best, just from the detailed stats of what it can do. Any advice?
