I am unable to put my old french pilots (now "Europe" pilots) into the P.38 Wilk I purchased with gold. They are now in the same "nation" of "Europe", so why aren't the pilots interchangeable? This is particularly bad since we are paying gold or dollars for the planes, but if we can't exchange the pilots they don't have the normal "crew training" benefits we expect from premium planes. Even stranger is the fact that although I can't put an existing "Europe" pilot into my new "Europe" plane, I can re-brand as a some other nation such as Germany and put those pilots into it. This makes no sense. Make all "Europe" pilots work in all "Europe" planes.
You definitely have a point but this is how it works. "European" pilots are tied up to their original nation (French, Israeli, Polish, etc.), and you can switch the nation of your plane to any of the main nations (Germany, U.S.S.R., U.S.A., U.K., or Japan) but not inside the "Europe" nation, thus you cannot make your S-199 French, for example. All these new planes are united in terms of being in one "tech tree" and possibility to be sent to another nation, that is all they have in common. In terms of pilots, they are still separated nations. Though I would say it's a quite decent suggestion, still not a bug.
