thanks for explaining it...
I was hoping it was both a top and bottom piece G String
now I'm sad
if the pilot's good, see, I mean, if he's really..sharp, he can barrel that baby in so low [he spreads his arms like wings and laughs],
you oughtta see it sometime, it's a sight. A big plane like a '52. VRROOM! There's jet exhaust, fryin' chickens in the barnyard.

The Horten has a jet engine and the Ta-152 has a prop engine. This sets both the planes apart right there.
and the Ta gets better gas mileage

Looking forward to the new possible planes on this European Tree... I have 2 questions though...
1. Is the in game voice chat gonna finally be fixed with this patch ?
2. Since when is Israel part of Europe ? Man I must have flunked Geography hard in school lol....

This branch in my opinion should have never existed aside from the JL-1A-37 all the other planes are just copies of other nation planes. I'd just roll the whole tree into the USA or USSR tree and make it so that those planes have special China paint schemes available for those versions of planes.

Maybe they should rename the new tree NATO. Wait.......................a lot of NATO doesn't have North Atlantic coastline. Never mind.

It says that you can use that aircraft for training purposes - if I had to venture a guess I would say your crew will remain the same as the aircraft's original nation. This is obviously not an official answer, but I think changing the crew nation would be a really complicated thing on top of changing the aircraft nation and they probably would have mentioned that?
Cheers!

You'd think, I'm just wondering. It'll be nice to free my french planes from their purgatory even if I can't take the crews with me. Mostly use 'em for "daily missions", but it'd be nice to use them to XP grind crews using their daily multipliers.

Yeah, they never really fully explain things so making assumptions about the crew is probably dangermouse. I agree with Glenn that they talk about the aircraft and training crews, but they don't discuss what happens to the crew that is sitting in the plane when you change the plane's nationality. I would say that they probably went the route of simplicity and that 11 point skilled French pilot will now be a "United Europe" pilot and will be stuck in that line. But you could take a semi-skilled German pilot, plop them into the German-transformed SE100 and train them up.
We will all know more tomorrow. Per my usual methods, I will just keep training pilots in the planes they are meant for because I cannot do the mental gymnastics of premium training. Chasing tokens means that I forget what my grand strategic plan was vis-a-vis using premiums to train. In other words, SQUIRREL!
