Blindfold has gotten back to me.

No transfer is even planned for the future

I thanked BF for getting back to me, and explained how frustrating it is that Tank guys get transferred no worries; but once again Warplanes is the unloved unwanted middle child of the WG trio

I feel your pain, after playing on the NA server tonight with 400-500 ping and 30%-50% packet loss, I got my butt handed to me on a silver platter.

 

FWIW, I noticed the top clan on the Asian server is actually a Perth based Aussie clan, in spite of WOWP trying to give the Japanese an advantage.

Flying out of Sydney I normally get a ping of around 230 from the NA server. Started an account on the Asia server and was getting a ping of 130, but lately it's been up around 230 as well. I still fly mainly on the NA server since I have a big investment in time and $$ in that account. There's no real advantage to me to transfer to Asia even if it became possible to do so.

I cannot support the petition without restrictions, several of them.  Accounts that have already spent most of the money on another server I would think WG would not want to suddenly flood another server.  I would love to trans my NA account to Asia, but I see absolutely no benefit to WG.  Perhaps for a hefty fee, it could be advantageous for them. 

 

I could absolutely see allowing Aussies to transfer, no questions asked. HOWEVER:
