When you finally unlock the next plane, don't forget to go back and check the "accelerate crew training" button. I have hundreds of thousands of plane xp because I used to forget this step after researching the next plane in line. Got so excited to try out the new toy that I never went back and to fix it until I realized, wow, I have 80K plane xp, what's up with that? Oh yeah... I am a moron.
Yes, I know I can spend gold to convert it to Free XP, but I have enuf Free XP.
It took me a 6 weeks to figure out where the accelerating crew xp button was.
At a point in time when premiums were my only tier 8's for token grinding.
Over 400k "free" xp.
A musical tribute to all of us dummies.

Fair warning. My success rate at speculative guesswork is much like my WinRate. Hit or Miss.
Usually I start on the right track and then a make a weird left turn and get lost in the weeds ...
And yet it doesn't stop me from speculation.
