WG with the addition of the Japanese Heavy fighters in the tech tree please add a premium plane thats tier 5 or up that has a rear gunner so I can train my crews thanks.

Would be nice ; atm they only have the tier II Ki-8 and that's a 'special', so hard to get ...

 

B5N Kate or D3A Val would be nice.

You can use one of the french heavies now.  That's not a great solution, but if you have one...

I took the Polish TIII premium plane, reassigned it as a Japanese plane in order to train rear gunners.  If you have any planes with rear gunners in the European tree, you can do the same.  

 

Otherwise, you can wait for a year or two or three or never. 

 

Improvise, Adapt, Overcome.
