Agreed. A-1 Skyraider and some of its later variants could easily fill out a Douglas GAA line from tier 8 to 10 (maybe use the A2D SkyShark for tier 10)
(with the TBD Devastator in teirs 3-5, and the SBD Dauntless in 5-7)
(Bonus fun: weegee could even branch off into a medium bomber line like the A-26 Premium)
the particulars may vary but i imagine that where the russian IL line are 'flying tanks';
the american GAA will be 'flying trucks'.
<cue the "A-MER-I-CA! TRUCK, YEAH! sound track">
Besides if the american light Fighter line will use .50 cal HMGs all the way to tier 10;
then is it not fitting that the american GAA line uses Props to tier ten as well?

Fair warning. My success rate at speculative guesswork is much like my WinRate. Hit or Miss.
Usually I start on the right track and then a make a weird left turn and get lost in the weeds ...
And yet it doesn't stop me from speculation.
