Remembered reading a Bomber post the other day talking about installing, a " Strengthened Hard Point " on all bombers to increase the " reload speed ".
But noticed that it clearly stated " Outboard Weapon Reload speed ". 
None of the bombers have any outboard bombs, they are all center load.
So before making any changes, and then paying token for making these changes,.
... The $ 3 Token Question is...... will it work on all bombers.

AFAIK they do work.
WOWP uses the term "outboard weapons" to refer to any hardpoint-loaded weapons, including all bombs, rockets and some gun pods.
Let's just say they are not the best English speakers.

Yes they will work as long as that column in the equipment section is not greyed out.
If that makes any sense to you.

That word, outboard, kept me from using them on my bombers for months until someone enlightened me.

Actually a few of the bombers do not have an internal bomb bay but load on the exterior. But as folks have already said, they work for all bombers (as well as any plane able to mount them using bombs and/or rockets). Whether they are the best choice of the available equipment is another matter in my opinion.

I think you and I might be in the minority putting bomb-sights on bombers.. at least it feels like it lol!

I try both bombsights and strengthened hardpoints on various bombers, going with what seems to work best for each one. One experiment I have never done though, it trying a bombsight on one of the string bombers such as the He 111 H-2, for example. I never get rid of a piece of Ultimate gear. You never know when some change made to the game is going to mess with what works today.

no kidding, bombsights don't work as advertised on string bombers?
just how does 'bombardier' work anyway... doesn't it redirect bombs heading away from the target back toward the target?
