Operation Orders are a pain. For reasons stated earlier.
As to the Event as a whole:

Part two was a bit of a dumpster fire. Just like the first time. But in a different way this time. So Progress :great:
The fact that the condition of the Global Mission that would double earned supply chests was not met at all;
when usually it is not a matter of if but when, proves this.

Spoiler

Bombers lost out big time. Heavies did even better than expected. (Too well TBH)
And High Altitude Light Fighters did almost as well. *

GAA and MultiRoles not being molested by the Heavies so much was a useful bonus
Low altitude Turn Fighters were surprisingly Not Complaining.
Either because they were simply not playing after the prior experience of the mode from the last go around
or because they were very thrilled to be able to shoot bombers successfully.

*Unless of course you were on offense. then it was trash.

WG will eventually find the Goldilocks zone. Not too hot, not too cold, but Juuust right.
Hopefully before the next time this mode is used.

Fair warning. My success rate at speculative guesswork is very hit or miss. Usually I start on the right track and then a make a weird left turn and get lost in the weeds ...
And yet it doesn't stop me from speculation.

Moving on to Phase 3 in Blade of Vengence.

All in all not too terrible, for me.  But I fly fast planes.
Basically, its Conquest on steroids.
With less overall respawning than the current normal mode.
A certain amount of "once you're out; you're out' from the 1.x days

Anything slow has a hard time keeping up. and not keeping up means your alone. and being alone makes you a food for anyone.
Apologies to certain GAA and Turn Fighters.
Spoiler

MultiRoles; because of their overall adaptability, did much better than normal.
And not just from once again having breathing room from the bot heavies with their 'Head Hunt Bomber' focus.

And Bombers (while not always slow) again get a bit of the shaft.
The aformentioned  bots and the lack of refreshable cap zones cramped their style.
Spoiler
In addition to their usual problems with fast planes that fly high.

Speaking of Boom&Zoom. Any such flyer that knows how to:
  1. Stay with your allies.
  2. Know where they need be Before they need to be there
  3. Knows what to do when they get there
  4. Can do it all at the same time

will find success in this mode. No matter what side of the field you find yourself.

But that's just my take on it.
I have been (very) wrong before. So YMMV

What do you think?

Sounds like something I do all the time in my Bf-109E but more especially, my Tomahawk IIb.

An average player with an average goal: greatness, someday. Today, mediocrity will have to suffice. But no matter, I will always play to the best of my ability, and I will always strive to make the best of my ability just that little bit stronger and better.
