    I nominate Legoboy0401 for the role of Community Ace. Legoboy0401 has provided good constructive leadership to this forum with his many well constructed and intelligent questions about this game. All his many threads have done very well and have been stable with little to no dissension or conflict. He took it upon himself to improve this forum and in his own words "get it back on the right track the way a forum should be".

 

    Positive, constructive leadership and he has done this on his own time with a great degree of selflessness. This is why I think Legoboy04010 deserves the title "Community Ace" because he has actually improved things and made the forum a better place.

 

    He has my vote.

I feel like.. it's a bit premature to nominate for a community ace sort of position as a formal thing.

No offense at all intended there, but the dearth of matches legoboy has played cannot be made up for by theorycrafting.

Keep up the work, put more matches in, and start compiling how-tos that the community appreciates and I could see a revisit as you have the energy and curiosity.

I agree, and this kind of service is rather temporary. It ends tomorrow, after all.

 

Also I'd need at least one Tier X(preferably more) before I could accept a position like this.

You’re starting a lot of conversations, but you’re also drowning them in static. The initial enthusiasm is appreciated; but at this point, you need to know when to yield the floor to those that are actually flying the things - and once you get in the air, all the feedback will actually mean something. Question > answer > apply it in game > back to the forums. It’s the gameplay guides circle of life.

Am I wrong in saying that many of you were drowning this forum in silence? There are some places where silence isn't golden. A chat room without chat isn't golden, it's DEAD. A phone call where there is nothing but silence on both ends isn't golden, there's something clearly wrong. A radio that makes no noise and carries no sound isn't golden, it's BROKEN or otherwise HAVING PROBLEMS. A forum without discussion isn't golden, it's DYSFUNCTIONAL.

 

I'm not trying to pin the blame on anyone in particular, or even make anyone feel bad, it's just the honest truth. That's all I have to say.

Firstly I would like to second this nomination and move that we nominate someone for these nominations be nominated to.  Secondly, I know I'm not the first to suggest this, I would like to suggest having a Community Ace program in order for nominees to be nominated. And C I move we have it right MEOW!

I don't think I like that nomination. You have a LUDICROUSLY HIGHER BATTLE COUNT THAN ME, WAY MORE EXPERIENCE THAN I DO, more TIME than I do, more SKILL than I do, a way of not getting on EVERYONE'S NERVES as I seem to, and just generally you are WAY more RESPECTED than I am.

 

This ISN'T going to work. How about picking someone who ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, (and are ACTUALLY QUALIFIED) unlike myself?

 

 

Besides, don't the Community Aces work for WG?
