What would you consider an appropriate response time for an initial response from WG for a ticket created?

Three days for a bogus response?   Over one year for an actual fix (which ain't happened yet, BTW).  I am referring to the wreckage of the clan rating system that 2.0 wrought in October of 2017.

I'm referring to something much simpler. the premium shop.

I've had responses the next day. But, never going into a weekend.


I've knocked on death's door.....no one answered.....I don't complain much anymore.

I've found the response time isn't the problem, but the quality of the answer is.

I sent them two tickets on the same day while trying to get the Euro server up and running for me.  This was less than a month ago.

First response was in less than half an hour and their step by step had me on the server in 15 minutes.  The other was overnight.  The advice on the second one worked well too.
