No just the usual emblem.  Did your XF4F-3 come with the silver and yellow camo?  Might cost 200 gold or so, I can't remember

I think I bought that when I first picked up the plane, but I am not positive.

Yeah I have that, IIRC it gives 3% speed, which seems too good to not use.

Specialized my Spitfire I today.  I have the Ia for turn-fighting, so I figured I'd set up the Mk I for speed.  Even with fully upgraded engines and engine guru I, it struggled to keep up with the Ia.  Now with advanced polished skin and improved octane fuel, it's comfortably faster.  I'm looking forward to getting another pilot point so I can get engine guru II and see what it will do when speed is maxxed.

Speed won't be maxxed until your pilot also has Aeronautical Expert.

Yeah I decided to give that a shot instead of engine guru 2, and it brought me to nearly 400kph cruise speed.  It's just shy of my 109E3.  That was definitely better gains than guru 1 and 2.

I finished up my Venom yesterday, couldn't sleep this morning so I finished off my B-534 and my S-199.

Last specialized plane was my Tornado.  It was good before - it is REALLY good specialized.  After I get my Ta-183, I'll work on that some.  I suppose I'm also going to have to turn my eyes back to my Ki-84 II.  Working on getting the thing specialized, and grinding to the Ki-162.  I might need to change up the equipment, because the speed of this guy is maddening.  As in SLOOOOOOOOW.

I Spec'd the hysterically inept Blohm und Voss Ha 137 today.  I doubt that I've played a dozen games in it, but hey, low tiers, amirite? 

 

"Ineffective at maneuvering combat" is a blatant lie.  I out-turned a Zero due to sheer SLOW.  Sadly, it escaped with 1 hp when I stalled out and couldn't get the guns back around.  :izmena::D

I also flew the Ha-137, it's good for the 'kill AA guns' daily missions (10 in a battle or 200 in any number of battles). Also use the Hs-129A for that.

The 20mm's are good for taking out the guns themselves, the buildings are not important, you don't have to kill the entire ground target.
