I don't get why the F6F isn't in the game when there is the F2A, F4F, F7F, F3F, F2F, and other Grumman planes that escape my mind at the moment. What is the reasoning behind this?

I also think the F4-2 would be a good addition to the Grumman tree as well.

The US tech tree can also have a small attack tree too. SPD Dauntless, SB2C Helldiver are just two examples.

Bombers such as the B24, B25, B26, and B29 would complete the bomber line nicely

The P61 black widow would be a good addition to the heavy fighter line too.

Am I missing any planes?

It's been discussed many times before, the short answer is who says those planes wont ever be in the game?

The US bomber line is incomplete, but the B-25 and B-26 belong on their own line, not part of the Boeing line of Heavy bombers. The B-29 is probably an early favourite for Tier 8, the B-24 could be a T6 Premium but really it doesnt offer anything the B17G doesnt

Trademarking mostly. Given fact that WG only keeps WoWp running because it was estabilished as "holy trinity" (tanks-planes-ships) of business model, they cannot just keep "investing" money into title with lowest retention. My guess is that WoWp is decreasing profits in ways we cannot even imagine (take example total war arena that had some player base and they still pulled the switch...)

Currently they are investing into WoWs (growing) and doing aggressive havresting on WoT (amount of premium tanks and aggressive monetization).

I'm not sure that WOWPs is the ugly stepchild to the degree you seem to be inferring.  If that were true, ver 2.0 would never have come around nor some of the events which obviously have consumed some decent resources on WG's part.  Had WG not taken these actions to grow the brand, I'd probably agree with you but they did, so I don't.

F6F hellcat, F8 bearcat, f9 panther/cougar, and TBF avenger would finish off the Grumman line nicely.  PBY Catalina deserves a spot too in the bomber line.

Only if we get the Short Sunderland.

Remember, remember the 14th of... June, the day of patch 2.05.  Some say it's great end-game content, some say it's horrible, but history will always recall which it actually was.

Spoiler
