I bought 30 days Wargaming Premium Account (which the game clearly said applies to WOWP, WOWS, & WOT) and find that it has only been applied to WOWS.

 

This is what the Premium Shop said -

My account at WOWP is still standard. So have I lost my money?

 

And added to all the other problems - can we now expect this type of rip-off?

Are they the same email? 

Prem time will only go across all 3 games if you have the same email for all 3 accounts.

Didja clear your cache for WOWP?

 

If yes, then launch a ticket. 

 

[Edit]  This is one type of ticket they can jump on because it does not involve in game bugs, just premium bugs which seem easier for them to solve.

  Thanks yes, I use gmail, and I only have 1 gmail account. I think everyone's away on holiday now, and those left can't be arsed to get things right.:D

Yeah send a ticket then, because I bought Prem Time in WoT via my gold I had on hand and prem time showed up on WoWp and WoWs.

They still haven't given me the Premium bonuses I paid for - they gave me 2 days of WoWS Premium, and this is the answer I got from WG -

TBH, I don't understand what they are saying - do you know what they are getting at? I know my WoWP account is with the NA group (cos there isn't an Asian WoWP), and my WoWS account is with the Asia group, but my log ion for both is identical. And anyway, even though I'm a student and don't have any money, the $15 is not that important (I just thought it was a bargain, so I spent some of my Christmas money on it) - it is a matter of principle. Their ad says nothing about it not applying if your accounts are in different regions - so I have asked them to cancel the order and refund my money.

 

Lol, I guess they aren't bothered by losing a student, but I won't always be in school - I'm just a bit disappointed with their attitude.

The answer provided by the Customer Service is fully correct. You purchased Premium Days for your Asian-server account as you made a purchase while logged in your Asian-server account in the WoWs Premium Shop. WoWp does not have Asia server so this Premium time cannot be shared between WoWs and WoWp as there no Asia-server account in WoWp. If you had purchased Premium Days on NA server (it does not matter for WoWs or WoWp) you would have your Premium Account both for WoWs and WoWp on your NA-server account. 

Technically, different servers are like different accounts. Your property between different servers is not shared.

You did not address the question of why this is not explained prior to purchasing Premium days.  If the ad says it's good for all three games it should also explain that this only applies to same server accounts.  Or am I trying to insert Truth in Advertising?  :amazed:

Fair 'nuff - I understand now, but like Captain_Underpants said, wouldn't it be easier on everyone if all this was explained somewhere? I might be dumb, but I thought Wargaming was one company, and it didn't matter which region was involved - and an advertised deal applied equally. But it doesn't matter now - Customer Service has promised to refund the money (but it was never about that) and I will be more careful when buying stuff from you in the future.

Yeah I made the mistake of doing what WGing said was best (in 2012), transferring my WoT account from NA to ASIA for better 'customer service'. there was at the time no mention that My WoWp account would not be linked.

Still a bit peedoff at that. :angry:

This is a common bit of confusion for people who don't understand yet that different WG servers are essentially different companies.  Stuff you buy via the EU, Russia or Asia sites don't apply to the North America site.

Also, World of Warships just added a World of Warships premium that is specific to World of Warships only within the last few days.  It appears that Wargaming's different hands aren't talking to each other.
