I saw the thunder birds in 2013.

It's a sight to behold that extends beyond just you sight senses into your hearing and feeling senses as well.

You can't unfeel an F-16 low fly over pass. :honoring:

Happy New Year to you too, sandtiger. And thanks for the Thunderbirds video. I've seen them multiple times, and, yes, there's nothing like F-16s in tight formation screaming past you at only a couple hundred feet over a beach. I live near an airport where the local Air National Guard flies 16s and they flew by this afternoon while I was inside. I knew what it was though, because there's nothing like that sound, it just makes you want to smile every time you hear it.

We got the snowbirds and at the airshow in lethbridge Alberta Canada a few years ago one of the pilots got permission to fly the 100 miles west with a wingman over his nephews house in my hometown for a fly by.I have 3 pilots in my family and have been around aircraft my whole life including the cold lake weapons range but that was bar none the coolest thing I ever saw while driving on the highway here.

The missing man formation as performed by the snowbirds.
