Bug Report - Black Screen when enter Training Room/Battle

Dear Wargaming,


Its now been a week since this started, so please explain to me why customer service is taking so long to respond and fix this issue. I have ran the reports like you asked, created an account as an administrator, did in game repairs (multiple times), uninstalled and re-installed (many times), and etc. So please I am a paying customer not just in this game but ships and tanks. And the longer it takes for your customer support to fix this issue caused by your updates, I lose my premium time and lose out on the Christmas events.
So again here is the issue with Planes since your guys updates a week ago Thursday.......

"My planes account was working just fine before the last two updates and then ships updated the same day or right around the time planes updated. After those updates, planes would only allow me to be in the hanger part. But when I try to go to battle in either the training room or random battle, I got a black screen with sounds. Also the settings area (when I bring it up) is a black box even when you go between control, audio, and general tabs. And now with ships was working fine till this Sunday (12/23/18) after clan battles. An update happened and now the game has become very lagging and unplayable. 
I have done the report for both ships and planes and posted it here and all I am getting is what seems like the run around. I have done (For both planes and ships) the in-game repairs and full removal of ships and planes (Using Revo uninstaller) and installing the latest version of windows (Windows 10 Home) from Windows 8.1, but that was only after the trouble started with planes. 
So its been a full 6 days now since I first contacted you and I would appreciate the full attention of your customer service before 10 days goes bye. I am already losing out on the Christmas event with both Planes and Ships and on clan battles. I am also am losing time on my premium account time as this issue goes on."

Things you requested since me to do since a week ago Thursday:
1. WG Check Program (Twice)
2. Please delete the Cache/Preferences in World of Warplanes (didn't work)
3. Try to create a new Windows account with administrator rights, so that its name consists 
    only of English characters (didn't make a difference and the game didn't work)
4. Went to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 and then back to Windows 8.1 to see if that would 
     make the game work, nope game didn't work.
So here we are on 12/27/2018 at 4:37 PM EST, I still have no answers and I feel like that your just running me around instead of checking the updates that came out at the same time as ships came out. Many players I talked to say a file(s) may be corrupted due to the two updates happening at the same time. Please fix this problem and get me back up in the sky.

Lots of topics about the Christmas bug so your not alone.

it's not your connection or machine.


They dont see all the topics started about it since before Christmas.



Once you got the game loaded get rid of the control center,click battle and dont touch anything,let the plane spawn.

See if that works.


Dont click the battle button.


12 games in,and no problem so far.

Just dont click the battle button,severe lag.


I take it back,severe lag and disconnects and the js bug is active. 

Maybe next year I guess.

I don't think that the OP's problem is related to the joystick issue. The work on the joystick problem has been started which is stated almost in all related to the reports topic. I cannot give any estimated time for the fix release but I will gladly inform you about any changes in the situation. 


As for the OP's problem: I am not a technical specialist so the only way to deal with the problem is to go through the steps proposed by the Customer Support. Black Screen issue has been partially fixed with the current update release and the the frequency of its appearance has decreased significantly but it still may occur. If you face this problem on the regular basis - the only help may come from the Customer Support. 


The issues connected with WoWs has nothing to do with WoWp though. 


I would like to remind you that technical support has 7 days to answer to your ticket. If you face any further problems while contacting the Customer Support please do not hesitate to send me your ticket number so I can take a look at it and do my best to help you out.

1st 3 battles today had 1 black screen, I screen coming in from respawn, with nothing but HUD and little else, and 3rd one where planes mysteriously turned invisible, except for markers. Did clear cache before starting and every time in between. Did check/repair. The bugs seem to be growing. Is it summer already?
