how many blackscreens does it get to make the hangar work properly?

my hangar looks like a strobe, i used to have 2fps every 5 seconds, now i have a strobe black screen.. whats going on? i am getting connection interrupted every 2 battles and tons of black screens

@A_3, its hard to show gratitude to a company that puts out updates that have major issues such as black screen, joy stick, etc. and then a customer service that's takes over a week to respond with a minimal response and then so on and so a week later I still cannot play during my first Christmas event, losing my premium time, and etc. I am very angry and frustrated and feel like this company only cares about the money factor and not about taking care of the customers that have issues. And I feel ripped off because I bought two planes and 30 days premium just before this happened.

 

I will have respect for this company and support when their response time is quicker and they test these patches and events before putting it out for us to use. And understand that when an issue arise and we come to you with a ticket, its not always on the computer owners side.
