Tokens not credited

Today in my 3rd mission with T10 GA I won Lang & Efimov and the tokens were not credited. 
Later I earned Lang & Efimov's medals 3 differents times, with differents GGAA,  and ...   again NOTHING.  :(
Please correct this, or explain if something has change.

Please mind that Tokens for Medals are awarded once per day. If you are sure that you had not got those medals earlier (within the timeframe between 2 server reboots) please create a support ticket.

I submitted a post about my experience with support on this very issue.  Hint, not good.  I see they have deleted it.

Yes, I m very aware about the "once per day (server reboot)" condition, and I didn't achieved it before.

In such cases submitting the ticket is necessary for the team to check the logs and find out the reason of the issue and compensating Tokens if the issue exists.

I must admit that I haven't had this problem in awhile.  But it was a recurring problem for me for months.  My ticket to support received an inane answer (send us screenshots which I had done and they apparently ignored) and no compensation was forthcoming.

why is it that when i respwan plane is at air speed that is almost a stall ?

Thank you, but this was many months ago.  Water, and tokens, under the bridge.  But I will remember this for future problems.

Today seems to work fine, IDK if the support team fix it (I submitted a ticket) or may be the wind changed, anyway thanks for the patience Blindfold.

8 days after my post the curse returns, today I got Lang & Efimov and didn't credited again.

No, I didn't earned before in the day and after the server's reset (06:00 am in Argentina).

Yes I'll submit a ticket.

Honestly, I can't imagine how uploading a battle will help to the support team (if they can't determine if it is the first of the day or not)

The support team may request your logs to compare them with the data they have to track the information. If the logs show that you have earned the medals and Tokens were not awarded they will add them to your account.

Around 2 months ago I questioned the disappearance of earned medals - still nothing has been done to solve this issue.

 

Here is the response from WG:- Dear Kingwicked101,

 

As for your question (could this resolve issues related to version 2.0?). 

No, in this case, we faced a different kind of problem. 

Unfortunately, I can't tell you, how much time will be needed to resolve this issue. 

Our developers working on this issue.

And we don't have technical instruments to notify you directly on progress. 

All changes you can see in patch note of update. 

Or you can create a new ticket with a question about this issue (how progress goes) and add a number of this ticket (№ 2606441).

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

 

Please can you issue some feedback to why this is still an ongoing problem?

And still I am waiting for a reply and it has been ongoing now for over 5 months 

 

As for tokens disappearing, well it happens to me monthly and WG requires proof that these were not earned prior to the battle - happened to me yesterday again on a 5 token win.

It solved, and then it came back, and then it solved again....  IDK  

I sent a ticket and the answer was that either I achieve the medals in the same day before or that I didn't make what it takes to receive the medal.

I explained that I was pretty aware about how to get the medals and that it happens 3 days in a row so the rule of "once medal per day"  was inappicable.

After receiving the same answer from the "support" I gave up.  
The answer to the support sattisfaction survey was accordingly to what they did.

When I had the problem it would hit one day and then work fine the next. This went on for months.  I haven't seen it in a while now.  The only thing I can think of that I did to fix it for good (support certainly didn't do anything) was to delete the game and download it again. 

 

On a side note I just this week noticed that the game does not always put the materials you win in your depot.  Makes me wonder just how much of this, that, and the other in this game is not credited to you.  Impossible to track all of it.
