Am consistently compleintg reqirements for the new fighter (Mission 2) and the Tier 7 B-17 (50 sectors), and nothing is registering credit.  Cannot move on in the Op order despite the clocki

ticking away and cannot progress in either.

Still not registering. Meanwhile, Im burning a T-7 B-17 op order without being able to make any progress.  This is pathetic.

UPDATE:  Day 3 missions still not working.  Ticket updated with several screenshots.  No response from WG.  My B-17 op order expired without comment from WG.

The support team is working on the tickets at the moment. If you want me to check the status of your ticket please share its number with me via PM.

I've been trying for several hours to get "5 ground target kills" in a plane with 2x500 bombs that take 120seconds to reload in matches that only last 5minutes with me needing to hit a single ground target twice to get 1 kill. I only managed 4 this entire time. This "event" just seems like a scam to me. Can I just get my tokens back? The operation is gone and I've gotten nothing. I've honestly never seen such a badly laid out series of things to do within 24hours to unlock a single plane. Now you want me to buy more tokens with IRL cash because the mission was so hard the first day?

"The chain of missions expires in 22d!" Except you have to complete everything within 24hours else you get nothing, and the first mission is impossible meaning you have to pay more to skip it and pay more to skip all the rest you probably didn't even get close to completing.

Why are the operations simply not just operations like world of warships... where anyone can play them infinite amounts of times without having to pay a bunch of gold/cash?

Day 4:  Missions not registering still.  B-17 T-7 Op Order long since expired.  Ticket updated without any response other than "be patient".  Really?! WG?!

WG reply to my ticket saying its our fault mission is broke and we cant complete it within 24hrs. LOL!

Block Quote

After you buy an Operation order it will be said that it will expire in 24h and you agreed with it.

We are sorry, that you couldn't complete the task, but unfortunately, we can't somehow help you in this situation.

The conditions are the same for all players.

But we're free to buy a different operation order for more Tokens, that we surely wont be able to complete either!

This can't be the response.  That is completely nonsensical.   I'll fly today for day 6 to see if the missions are working.

No, it's working as intended.  When WG's financial CFO is not even allowed to do business in the western world, do NOT expect any kind of love from support. They want you to spend money money money money.   I've gone through two OP orders where they stopped being counted. In order to maximize profits, they randomize these kind of 'bugs' in order for the impatient type to be forced to spend money on tokens/tickets.

I would not take anything out of WG's mouth with a grain of salt as far as them 'fixing it'.

The Operation Order missions issues (not progressing) was fixed for most players on the weekends, SgtZak has a different issue connected with his account and that is why his problem needs to be taken care of individually. And the answer was given in the ticket: the issue is addressed, being investigated and this information is passed along to the developers.

If players had issues with completing missions after the fix like SgtZak had, their data was sent to the developers to deal with the problem. Other issues after that time are connected with the wrong understanding of the conditions or something else (like the missions with conditions of one sortie) and on that point the Customer Support is right - if you let the Op Order expire (when the missions were not bugged and they were not after the fix) there's nothing they can do with it.

UPDATE:   I finally received a message from WG support crediting me the XP36F plane and apologizing for the delay in resolving.  TY WG for resolving this issue.

So I hope I get this right you can only do the missions on the weekend to registrar? I am trying to do the mission now and the 1st mission for the B32 is not completing when you only need 5 ground targets? Am I missing something here?

Thanks

No, you can fulfill Operation Orders missions in any convenient time. This particular mission is about destroying 5 ground targets in the first sortie (which means not dying before you have destroyed them).

Took out 12 before getting blasted and nothing went an hour then wasted  tokens? I did not put a ticket in just getting frustrated at these constant issues ? Again is it gun emplacements, buildings why no completion of mission? Also 2k damage does that include defense aircraft, bots or players? It would be good to post more on mission requirements so it is clear as mud.

I gave up on the mission for the middle bomber after spending tokens on continuing the mission and then having to spend tokens the next day to start again, apparently when you do a continuation it is only until the server restarts
