Do the Dunkirk Pilots come with any Free Skill Points?

Yes they do, but they are only active when the pilot is in the relevant dunkirk plane. (the british pilot in the Spitfire 1a for example makes it the best turn fighter at t5).

They will have the special skill points locked and cannot be redistributed, but you save on money respeccing them as those points are not counted.

Their special skills should take up a total of 5 points, so if they come as 5-pointer, it means that they cannot have any additional skill than what they come with.

Also, their respective mastery will only be active on the respective planes so make sure you buy/have those planes in your hangar if you want to get full use of them, but their special skills can be used in other planes if you so incline to.

WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...
I am deaf, silent, and fly with unrealistic controls. Do not count on me to carry - my back's already broken from overweight.

Thanks, but I meant do they come with any free points (like 5 points to spend) or do they just have the 2 special skills, one of which is only for the specific Tier 5 they come with?

2 special kills totaling 5 skill points, plus 2 free skill points.

Sadly you can only have one of each pilot.

I already know about the female pilots.  Have they ever offered special pilots other than these 2 and the 3 girls?

Most of their skills will only work on the Dunkirk Spit and 109; having more than 1 wouldn’t give you much.

I play my girls much more than the Dunkirk boys.

That T5 Spit is the turniest bird in the whole game, pretty much.  I got suckered into a turnfight with my Yak-1, and I thought I had him, and WOW, it was over quick.  Now, if I see a Ia, I wait until it's well-engaged with another aircraft, then treat it like a yellowjacket nest.  I hose it down from a distance, then run.

Edit:

The Spit Ia with Donovan and equipment to make the Spit as turny as it can get gives you a maneuverability rating of 99.  So, it turns inside, really, everything.  Add the control surface consummable, and you can get around on even the Japanese fighters in a couple of turns.

Here's what I got. Two seven skill pilots with 5 points spent on special skills and cannot be reset

Weber:     2 points

                Airspeed and damage +10% BF109 E-3 only

+10% damage and +50% crits and fire in a dive (45 degrees+), no plane restrictions listed

Donovan: 2 points

Maneuverability and damage +10% Spitfire Mk 1a only

Repairs all critical damage, heals all crew injuries, provides protection against additional injuries,

and provides +10 maneuverability damage once a plane reaches 50% hp. This is activated

once and is in place for rest of battle.

The second skill for both pilots has no plane restrictions listed; the first skill lists the plane specifically. And 2 free points.

I bout the package with the planes and pilots, even though I had the planes. The way the math works, you get 6k gold with the package, and 2k gold or so per plane, or 10k gold overall if you have the planes, which costs $43. The package is $39, so I got a deal on gold and 2 free pilots. Possibly 2 additional hangar slots, I forgot to look first

No extra hangar slots.  They give you a bit of gold instead.
