I am so sick of these bad players that have to ram you to get an advantage because otherwise they cant win. There should be some penalty for ramming like deduct some of their points or something.

Get a ju88 and mount the cannons. pew pew poof!

I did this last night after getting rammed repeatedly and you only have to land a couple rounds to make his plane explode in a fireball as you fly through the debris field.Wait till you see the whites of his eyes before squeezing the trigger.

when people ram me they should not get a respawn

and I should get all their health like in GTA

if the pilot's good, see, I mean, if he's really..sharp, he can barrel that baby in so low [he spreads his arms like wings and laughs],

you oughtta see it sometime, it's a sight. A big plane like a '52. VRROOM! There's jet exhaust, fryin' chickens in the barnyard.

Most times you can pull away in time so they mainly are avoidable.

Try to actively ram. It's more difficult than you think.

WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...
I am deaf, silent, and fly with unrealistic controls. Do not count on me to carry - my back's already broken from overweight.

lmbo, ROFL.  I was just dealing with this yesterday.  The people who get upset the most about ramming are the rammers.  If it is happening to you frequently enough to be "sick of" than the problem might not be everyone else.

Do you attack people head on?  you are the rammer.

Do you attack things that have more hp than you head on?  you are the rammer

Do you turn at the last minute and get mad because the other guy turned into you?  you are the rammer

Does it happen to you more than once a week? you are the rammer

Did you die and the other guy didn't?  you are the rammer

Its a simple rule; if you have the lighter plane or less hp its YOUR job to move.  The heavier plane CANT move even if they wanted to but why would they?  They are not trying to ram you they are just trying to shoot you while they have the chance because your lighter plane can literally fly circles around them.  When they "turn into you" while you are turning away at the last second its because they are tracking you with their guns and YOU got to close not because they are trying to ram you.  It works like that in real life to.  A Cessna must yield the right of way to 747.  That's not just common sense its also the law.

Second if you are in a lighter plane than why are you attacking head on in the first place?  Best possible scenario is that you will loose more hp than they will and that's assuming you don't ram him.  The heavier plane has more hp and generally bigger guns.  Its a no win for you.  Try a canopy roll instead so you don't loose hit points and you don't get into a collision.  Once you are behind him you can shoot him all you want without taking any damage.

Type prop chop into the forum search bar to see how long ramming has been an issue.

The Norhrop XP-79 Rammer, a plane designed to ram other planes repeatedly. The war ended before she got out of testing.

That thing is sexy!

As already pointed out, if you aren't actively trying to avoid a ram, don't complain about it...

I get a kick out of people that call me a rammer in my XP-58...

Dude, I have quad 37mm cannons and a big hitpoint pool... I am betting that my plane is going to delete you before we make contact, or your HP will be so low, that it won't hurt me.

Don't jump into the lion's mouth and then complain when you get bit... Don't go head-on with things like XP-58s, TA-152s, ME-262s, J7s, and wonder why they didn't break off first.

That said, there are several techniques you can employ in a head on to minimize the risk to your plane... like going shark mode and dragging your wingtip thru their fuselage.

It hurts them far more than it hurts you...

I don't want to hurt you... I just want to kill you!
