Just a Thought on Air Defense Planes in battles

All Tier 1 Battle – Tier 3 Di-6i Multi-role with rear gunner Air Defense Plane. Hard for a Newbie to destroy.

 

Tier 1 and Tier 2 Battles should all be grouped on their own merits. No Tier 3’s added to the mix.  

 

Mixed battles of lower and higher tier – receive heavy defense planes of the lower group.

 

Equal tier battles receive 1 tier lower Air Defense planes.

 

Tier 10 (with T9’s) – Tier 7 Air Defense Planes with Hornet with no rear gunner is far too easy for Bots and humans alike to destroy. Need to be increased to Tier 9’s or (I disagree) Tier 8’s.    

 

My take on this is that flying Tier 1 and destroying a Di-6i is way more difficultto destroy than destroying a Hornet on Tier 10.

 

For those that have planes Tier 5 and above and want to Stat Pad or seal pup club in this version – then you can belong to a group called – ‘Seal Puppies Clubbers Club’.

Looks like they are simply reluctant to give ADA jets for some reason.

 

Meanwhile...the Di-6I is a stand-in for the "heavy" class ADA, itself being a multirole and its HP scaled to tier. Do you propose that the heavy ADAs be removed altogether for tier 1?



WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...

I also think it would need some adjustments.

For my 110B, if I get into a T4/T3 game, the ADFs' heavy fighter would be the Ao192 (a tier 2 plane)

But if I get into a T5/T4 game, it suddenly becomes a Beaufighter, a tier 5.

Given the fact that even T10 games are only giving us Me410s, I would say having T4s to handle T5 ADFs is too much.

 

As for "why no jet ADF"... perhaps it's because ADF's operation area is too small for jets?

You guys know that the ADA don't have even close the same stats as tech tree planes, right?

 

They're just arbitrary models, with absurd stats... because jacking stats (like climb rate) is much easier than making a competent bot.

Just suggesting to bring the Newbies through the ranks to tier 3 allowing them to enjoy the game before been treated in a way that they say the game is awful - we need as many humans as possible.

We need to protect the newbies entering this game - WG needs to attract more humans and having the lower 2 Tiers been mixed with Tier 3 planes, will certainly drive them away. 

 

As I say, a all same tier battle should receive a 1 tier lower ADA and with a mixed battle of a higher tier - ADA should then be of the lower tiered aircraft in that battle. 

 

Then the same should be applied for tier 9 and 10.

As in HP or every stat? I know they have less HP and maybe firepower, but I'm not sure with engine power, climb rate and speed etc.

I’m repeating myself, but there would be no seal clubbing if they followed TWA’s model and limited tiers 1-3 to PVE.  Is it necessary to have PVP at those levels?

If you ask me, I don't even think it's necessary for the game to be (almost) PVP-only. But WG seems obsessed with making every game PVP-centered, if not -exclusive.

Every stat, there's a site out there where a guy ripped apart the code and posted the stats... climb rate was one of the most absurd ones tho.
