Relentless, part 4 order requires 1500 HP damage caused by turret guns all in one victorious match.  How the heck is this even possible?

I don't think it's ever possible. Sure it can be bought with certificates (read - bought with money), then why not just directly say about it? Like: Mission 4: $3, Mission 6: $3 and so on...

your gunna get a bunch of planes to sit on your tail, in a GA, to get 1500 HPs in a higher tier GA?  I don't think so.  I find forward turrets do more damage with higher ranges, and keep the auto aim locked onto a target.  but 1500 HP damage?  I dont see it with any tier.

I think I got 1000+ damage from my tailgunner in this match without even trying

I used certs. A buddy flew his GA in bomber flights during the BEM event and got it

I chased down Bots in IL40P's using my IL40P and sat in front - before the first target was captured - had over 2.5K HP damage.

I was having the same problem last night.  I tried everything.  Tried using the turret only on the beaufighter not even close.  Tried using a t7 german ga and even flew in front of a bomber flight in turret mode but only hit 1000 hp.  tried my a26 too but just couldn't do it.  I think unless you have t8+ planes  with a turret or maybe a premium se 100 its not going to happen.  These missions are probably designed to cost money

You'll need a minimum 20mm tailgun for sure. The MGs just don't deal enough and are too short ranged.

 

For low tiers, the best I can think of without premiums will be the Fw57 - fly in front of Blenheims and SBs and just tailgunner them along with as many Air Defense bots as you can.

I think Fw-57 is tier 3. And orders are for tier 4 and up. Ar-2 bomber has .50 in front turret. But I think RB-17 in escort mission had more chance. Or IL-40. Maybe SE100.

Its worth the effort. 4 sticks of 8x 50kg bombs means you can carpet bomb ALL TEH THINGZ  in its tier.
Turns like a pig so you need to plan your approach.
Personally i feel that this is what American Bomber gameplay is going to be as well. So i am enjoying the preview.

At low tiers i determined that most of my (german) bombers had 3 turrets front top and bottom.
each one capable of doing anywhere from 30 to 64 dps depending on tier (4,5,or 6) and upgrade.

If you wanted to do it the hard way ...  you could hop into a Dornier 17z
Fly inside a bomber flight as you get surrounded by reds. Get all 3 turrets blazing away at a combined 3x 30 dps.  And you're mission accomplished in 16 Very Hectic Seconds over the course of a battle. 

Or you could just follow /get followed by a bot and grind it out in 50 seconds of accumulated game time.

The trick is to survive the process and also win. In a standard game if your playing catch me if you can with bots instead of flipping caps you can loose the game.

Think of that bomber as a premium investment (which it will be someday).  Don't lose the op order over a lousy 11 certs.  Love the thing!

It's not as hard as you think and if you try you can do almost anything in this game.

Let's break it down, do you know that t 10 rear gunners reach out to 3k & 4k feet?

And when a plane crosses your flight path at 2k feet behind you it takes 2 to 4 seconds.

Do you know the USSR G/A  rear gunner does 208 H/P damage per second! YES PER SECOND.

So that being said it would take less than 8 seconds to get your 1,500 damage with rear gunner!

Also the German G/A  rear gunner does 240 H/P damage per second, so less than 6 seconds.

So every plane that fly,s behind you gets shaved +200 H/P PER SECOND  now does that sound hard to do?

And that in regular mode and if you take control of rear gunner even more damage per second add universal etc.

At Z & P Bombing & G/A school at OWSS Clan this is common knowledge and much more, 1,500 is very doable.

Why everyone in his calculations never takes plane's resists to damage? 5 seconds, 6 seconds...oh yeah, baby, if we have let's say 72 resist, that quadruples that time at very least, in case all bullets hit (and they never do).
