Missing crates?

I won 2 crates last night, aren't I supposed to get 2 more since we won the global challenge?

I won 3 and think the same.  We should got the double.

May be they will fix it.

Did Operation #1 run longer than announced on NA server ??

It did in EU and it went past the server reset, so we'll have to wait for next reset ...

 

Ah, there's a bug :

Unfortunately there's a bug with the awarding of the double crates :( If you participated in the first phase of summer storm and received the double crate, it appears those people are not receiving the crates now. I'll update when I know more about what's happening but you should receive your missing crates soon.

I would kindly ask you to submit a Support Ticket сoncerning this issue. Do not worry if your rewards are missing! Just submit a ticket and the support team will help you! There's a possibility that you will have to wait till Monday or so and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I've seen posts on the EU forum where support asks for screenshots of your completion of Operation 1 when you file a ticket about not getting extra crates :amazed:

That's their "run the customer off by asking for nonsense things" tactic.

The problem is being processed now. 

At the moment the development team is looking for the optimal way to compensate the missing crates automatically. It might take time but I will try to keep you up to date on the issue.

Collected mine completed the missions - maybe your orders are in the shipment en-route from China - maybe delayed to the Tropical Storms - maybe arrive in time for the next event.

The missing crates will be delivered to your accounts with the planned server restart automatically as promised. Please mind that this is the compensation for the first phase of the first stage (Thursday-Friday) only. We are still working on the issue with the second phase crates as the situation and triggers which caused the problem slightly differ. Thank you for your reports and submitted tickets.
