I open the client, click play and I get a black screen with my mouse arrow that's it. I was playing earlier and it was fine. I closed out game and launcher and that didnt work so I rebooted and still nothing?

 

Thoughts?

For all the issues it is worth first clearing the cache and clicking check and repair. If the issue remains it may be necessary to submit a Support Ticket with mentioning all the steps done.

Clearing cache never helped me as it seems to lag out on load up.then control alt delete is the only way out.

Back to DCS world I go.

This problem is also in Europe. Got kicked out of battle, cant relog. Monitor stays black. Nothing recommended solve this. I think just a new server start will help.  It is getting more and more people.... http://forum.worldof...20#entry572625 

 

This cost me 6 crates - 3 i would have gotten for sure and the double...great again

heh! They ask for screenshots of the black screen of death a lot are experiencing! Dont let them down folks....send those screenies!

I lost nearly 5,2 hours and 2 / 4 crates if doubled...how you will handle this?

I'm all for patches to fix issues.

 

But may I offer a suggestion for the game, that a "Server shutdown in 10mins" message be added in-game like a lot of online game have.  Shouldn't be hard to implement, and would give us playing, and not reading the boards, a heads-up.
