Yeah, I read that. But there has to be some sort of reason. From the stuff I have read, keeping a record of the settings on the client is not that big of a deal. So, why doesn't WG do that? I understand that if the interface changes, the settings change too, but that doesn't imply that if you change one part of the interface that ALL the settings have to disappear. Especially stuff like joystick settings. That is the primary reason I abandoned using a joystick was the third time I had to set it up (again). A gigantic PITA for what?
I just want to fly and shoot stuff down. I don't want to have to fsck around with the damn interface multiple times a year.
