Just the fixes to the Stuck Operational Orders and other minor issues with those Operational Orders. Not a major Patch by any means.

Yup... that may be the case, but a little detective work would show that there existed a bug causing the orders for the BF 110-C 6 to be active for everyone (but not visible to players), causing a fair number of happy surprises, as planes suddenly appeared in hangars.
After the patch, I figured this would no longer be the case... and the nature of cryptic statements in this thread may become clear.
