Haven't tried the MG 213/30s, only got to T8 on the one German line so-far.
C'est magnifique, mais ce n'est pas le SerB.

I got the P.228 to specialist.

I may have gone overboard vicious to test some concepts before I get to the Javelin.

11 Point Pilot, with Aerodynamics Expert -AND- Defensive Expert, MM1/2, and Aerobatics Expert....

That's mean enough, right?

Except I'm using A 478 iLevel Radio Navigation Equipment re-assembled for accuracy, Wings re-assembled to speed and a reduction of the penalty for the crit to wings, then... U.S.S.R. Special Project Engine Armor at iLevel 478, German Special Project Ultimate Uprated Engine at iLevel 478, German Special Project Gas Operated Action at ilevel 478.

I umm.... wow. Adens rated at 95 with laser accuracy.... 93 speed, 37 maneuverability and technically higher survivability than I started with....

Can I unequivocally state that I found a way to make the P.228 "Gud" yet?

This may be one of my last battles in my P.228 as I intend to sell it to give room for and afford the Javelin, but I thought I'd post it.

They are better than the MK108s, for sure.  But still, the shells travel slowly, so you really have to think hard about where you throw them.

I've moved up to the P.228, ran into White_Widow in Javelin (literally, I clipped her wing :hiding:) first battle out.

Quad Adens are pretty awesome and it gets much longer burst length than the Swift.

Not a pretty or agile hunk of flying brick though

I put an agility build on the Javelin. Most maneuverable T10 heavy award has to go to it IMHO.

And that wasn't your fault hoom. They put magnets in our fuselage *solemn nod*

For the record I finished the grind to Javelin during the Bomber Escort Stage, haven't bought it yet though as I've got insufficient Silver & also have 12 other researched-but-not-purchased planes including 2* T10s one of which is Hunter & that definitely comes first.

As much as I certainly enjoyed the firepower I didn't particularly enjoy the P.228 as a plane (just a little too slow & brick-like), happily sold it as soon as I was done.

How to fly a British Heavy ?

Same way you fly an American heavy.

Spray some oil on it and aim pick a wet spot.

You know why your friends make fun of you for riding a moped and not a heavy.

Because they can pick a spot on the heavy and have fun too.
