Too bad he didn't include the planes record on the eastern front where it had found its new role as a tank buster.  Eventually, it became obsolete in that role as well and had to resort to night fighting so as not be seen by Russian pilots.

Here is a link to a documentary on YouTube that shows much of the combat on the eastern front.  It also includes some very rare footage of the HS-129.

So WG puts out a small vid about the Stuka that spends half its time talking about its dive bombing capacity. Even specifically mentions its sirens. (It sorta, kinda has too, really)
The other half about how obsolete it was for most of its operational lifetime.
And No time talking about its tank hunter capacity.
Too bad the in game stuka is the tank hunter variant (in a game with no tanks)
that does not drop bombs. and has no siren.

And they wonder why the server count is so low.

Most people (even the German people apparently) know it for the "Stuke" (To come down on prey as a falcon) and siren.

Airplane combat game.

Agreed, per above.
I want to dive bomb and have a siren. I proposed WG make a prem version that did just this.

I saw a YouTube interview with a Stuka pilot who talked about his squadron taking the sirens off their planes.  It seems that they attracted too much attention from the AAA.  His commander found that putting a hollow wooden tube on the rear of the bombs would also create a threatening shrill but the JU-87's would already be turning away.  This pilot saw action in France, Crete, and Africa before he was captured.  It's a three-hour interview but very interesting.  His name was  Heinz-Georg Wilhelm Migeod.
